Ali Paskun:
(Founder/President)
With an eye toward helping small businesses expand and succeed, Ali Paskun founded ABIL Solutions, LLC as a value-added production and resource entity. Spotlighting more than 30 years’ professional experience, primarily with small businesses, Ali understands the issues and problems many of these owners face. She has contributed to her clients’ accomplishments and growth in many areas and considers that the most rewarding part of her job. Ali has been published in the Journal of the Association of Proposal Management and has lectured all across the country; with ABIL Solutions now at the forefront of hosting professional on-location seminars, as well as creating informative and ground-breaking video tutorials. She is on the Board of Directors for Found in Faith Ministries, a local non-profit located in Harford County, Maryland and is a member of the Havre de Grace, Maryland Elks Lodge. She has a BS in Communication from the University of Maryland, University College and an MA in Human Services Counseling – Life Coaching from Liberty University. Under Ali’s guidance, ABIL Solutions is poised to emerge as the go-to, all-access resource for the small business universe!
With his start making low-budget science fiction/horror films for the video market while still in his early twenties, Tony Malanowski has greatly expanded his experience and skills in all aspects of production. Tony has edited picture and audio for more than two dozen features and for scores of trailers and promos. He has produced, directed, and edited Added Value Content segments for DVDs while at The Walt Disney Studios for films such as 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea, Old Yeller, The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Coyote Ugly, and many more. He worked as the Restoration Editor on dozens of titles, such as Fantasia and Bedknobs and Broomsticks for Disney. Tony was the Project Manager and Editor for the $12 million Hi-Def restoration and transfer of the classic TV series Seinfeld for Sony and the $9 million Hi-Def restoration and transfer of Buffy, The Vampire Slayer for Fox, among others. After producing/directing/editing his large-scale, faith-based docudrama The Battle of Bunker Hill, Tony is continuing as a producer/director for all other markets, while writing and designing websites, creating promos for the internet market, and editing independent feature films.
